This is a noncompetitive group run on a trail, so there will be weeds to dodge, but the peaceful atmosphere, great views, and camaraderie promise to make it worth the effort. Next year, we are planning another race-cation — Maybe RI??? Combined registration is limited to 1, runners.
 
 

North East Marathon Club

Following the lead of the innovative Millinocket Жмите сюда — runners who participate are asked to be generous and support the Island Pond community and surrounding region in every way possible. The act of giving can empower, uplift and restore. A beautiful setting, a memorable weekend of events, and the opportunity to support a community. Upon registering, you will have the opportunity to purchase a finishers medal and t-shirt directly from local artisans.

Take advantage of a free entry fee and spend that money in town supporting Island Pond. Tip generously, stay an extra night, visit our local shops and stores, donate to one of our local fundraisers.

Arrange for your own aid stations — carry what you need or have your нажмите чтобы перейти and family set up a pop up aid station! While there may be fluids and food on the course, all runners must plan marathons in northeast – marathons in northeast be independent.

Be respectful and leave no trace! Please honor your registration. Even though the race is free to register, races carry inherent safety costs, and we budget for every runner that signs up. At bib pick-up, all runners will marathons in northeast – marathons in northeast required to show either proof of Covid vaccination OR a negative PCR Covid test taken within 72 hours of race day. This event is geared towards participant and community interaction, and it is for this reason we must take the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe.
