The Dalmore Dominium is a spectacularly flavourful whisky matured in American ex-Bourbon casks and finished in Matusalem Sherry casks. These first fill Sherry casks held the finest Oloroso for a minimum of 30 years before imparting rich and complex flavours to the maturing whisky.

The result is a luxurious and decadent single malt, with Dalmore’s signature dark fruit flavours and sweet spice.
