Famous Grouse Toasted Cask is a blended Scotch whiskey produced by Matthew Gloag & Sons Ltd. from Scotland. He created a whiskey called The Grouse Brand and his daughter Phillippa drew Scotland’s national bird, the red grouse, which was the world famous label and trademark.

It is aged in new, freshly toasted oak barrels.
